Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order and production begins only after payment is successfully processed. Handling time for t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies is 1–3 business days, while for other products, it will take 5–7 business days.

It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment, incorrect address information, or insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.

Estimated Shipping Time

Here is an estimate of the shipping times and the corresponding shipping charges. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. For details, see individual items.

We will strive to process your order quickly and send it to you as soon as possible, in line with the committed time!

Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do You Offer Delivery To P.O Boxes Or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

A delivery to P.O Boxes and Military APO/FPO address is available.

Warm note: Products shipped to Hawaii will take 7-25 business days to ship, so please consider this before placing an order.

Will I Be Charged VAT Taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.

By placing an order through Navlak, you agree to the terms outlined below. We have established
these policies to ensure that you fully understand our return and refund methods and processes. If you encounter any
issues with your order, please contact us at support@navlak.shop, and we will respond within a
maximum of 12 hours.

A. Return Policy

We will assist you in exchanging for a replacement product or issuing a refund under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong product.
• Your order contains damaged products.
• Your order has printing errors.
• Part of your order is missing from the package.

B. Return Procedure

If you need to return a product, you can contact us at support@navlak.shop. If your return request
is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the package. Items sent back without a
return request will not be accepted.

C. Refund

Once the return request is approved, we will send you a return label within 1-3 days. The corresponding amount will also
be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24-48 hours after the return is confirmed. Please check
your account after this period and inform our customer service department if you have not received the refund.

D. Commitment

• We will be responsible for sending you a new product if the issue is due to a fault on our part, and you will not
incur any additional costs!
• Our customer service team will receive the information and assist you in resolving the issue within 12 hours of
receiving your notification.

E. Notes

You must request a return within 21 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we will not support any returns
under any circumstances. Additionally, we will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
• Incorrect delivery address provided (apartment number, house number, street name, etc.)
• Typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by the customer (for
customized products)
• Choosing a model or size that does not meet personal needs

The store’s return policy is established to protect your shopping rights. Please ensure you thoroughly review all
information before placing your order. It is our privilege to serve you, and we are always ready to assist in ensuring
the best possible shopping experience.

Note:

All of your online transactions must be associated with a billing address. Make sure that the billing address
mentioned during your purchases corresponds to that of your credit card (as registered with your bank or other
credit card issuer) or that associated with your prepaid card.
